Roommate Reunion
So, a little update on the sherry jr family. We are all packed and ready for africa but are now in California with my family for about a month. So, before leaving for CA I had a fabulous time with my college roommates all of us minus one spent some glorious time at the coast in oregon. This may be a cheap way of getting out of blogging about the event, but I will defer to the superior blogging skills of my roommate marci. here is an excelent account of our trip. I just have to tell you that I brag for you about Tommy whenever I am telling people about our trip...mostly about his fantastic hair and how dang happy he is ALL the time! It was so fun and I am sooo excited for your African adventure!

I found Marci's connection yesterday though Sara's blog. She did do a great job giving a run down of each day at the coast. I loved all the pictures (especially of Tommy). You ought to copy and paste a few of those for your blog. His crazy hair is something you don't want to forget about. Alex went through a "hair" phase as well when he was about two years old until he was probably six years old. I just kept it buzzed really short. That hair style seems to run in the Ditto family so we have seen all sorts of variations of it.
Thanks for the phone call the other day! It was wonderful to catch up.
I went by your old apartment to visit Melody yesterday and they were cleaning it.... So sad! I sure hope that we keep in touch after you return from Africa.

I hope you are soaking up family and good times in California! Caroline, it was great that you had a roomie reunion when you did, perfect timing! We were delighted to provide Seth with canine company during that time; btw Eddy and Reuben send sloppy kisses your way; they miss you!
