Ghana by day, united states by night

i am loving ghana during the day. we have gotten into more of a groove and we know how to get around. but honestly from the hours of 3 am until about 8 i dream of coming home so i can just put tommy down for a nap like i used to, or just let him cry it out at night again. he is worse than a newborn right now. up every 2-3 hours with a permanent wakeup at 4:30 am. i spend most of the night nursing him to sleep or rubbing his back to keep him asleep. we are pooped!

I'm loving all the updates and getting to know the ghanians a bit.

That is so tough. Eli was actually fussy last night for the first time ever (not even that fussy) and it reminded me of how it was with Ezra (horrible). Sleep makes such a difference. You are taking it much better than I would :)

I wonder why it has gotten so tough for Tommy at night. It is hard to not get mad or I'm sure you like to say frustrated at night with him.

Does he nap during the day okay?
