Sophie's Run

All the Corvallis First Ward Runner at the finish line.
Below is our attempt at a "Pre-Race Game Face"

This is how we finished :)

We ran a 5K today Sophie's Run - Sohpie is a little girl with Williams Syndrome, she sang the Star Spangled Bangle before the run. It was my first one in 8 years. The last one I ran was with Sara Jean at BYU. I was a little slower today - but finishing as a family in 26 minutes - yeah, I feel pretty awesome about that.
