caroline is tough as nails and has apparently been keeping all sorts of talents hidden from me. she has claimed for years that she 'can't ride a bike'. well, in honor of dad, 'bull hunky':
in hopes of competing in some off-road races this year together, we bought mountain bikes a few weeks ago. while demoing them, caroline was to scared to go up a curb because of a bad past experience. ill just put it this way, two weeks on and only our second real ride, i had to repeatedly tell her to walk sections of our ride yesterday because i even had to walk them. you wouldn't believe the terrain she was tackling, it was ridiculous.
im looking forward to the race, will you be my radical valentine?

You're so brave! Sounds exactly like the time JP talked me into buying mountain bikes after we got married. As terrifying as it was at first, I kind of miss it now - no mountains to ride in Kansas or Nebraska ;)
You two make me so happy together. I am smiling from ear to ear. Caroline has all kinds of tricks up her sleeve. She's pretty much awesome. Seth- what a great idea for a Valentine. Way to go :)
