the time change

We spent our first 6 days at a lodge: Adam’s Croft owned by an “Asian African” couple. They are both Eastern Indian but born and raised in Zambia – so kind and friendly! Cali and Thomas did phenomenally well adjusting to the time change. I however, was terrible. I cried every night, usually after three or four sleepless hours. However, after 4 nights of this…I slept and I have been fine ever since.
