She is such a good baby, easy, friendly, happy, and sweet. She has discovered her voice recently and spent an hour of Church yesterday exploring her vocal range. She still loves her feet, sucking on her tongue and lips and giving an adorable gummy smile. No teeth yet, but I fear they are on their way. She loves solid foods and is finally eating them with out spiting the majority right back out.
She doesn’t nap very easily unless the conditions are right (i.e. Her own bed at the right time) but when she is tired she just squawks more or cuddles more. This was evidenced on Friday when she cuddled an older Alabamian electrician who is doing contract work on all the US government buildings here in Zambia. On that note, we have loved all the Alabamians we have met her in Zambia but Cali cuddled right up to Mike for two hours while Seth and I played a little tennis.
Thomas is up to his usual shenanigans including fretting over the pin on his sheriff badge. “Mom, I am really nervous about this badge.” “Really, why?” “Cause, I am afraid it is going to slice through my nipple.”

I LOVE these pictures! Cali is gorgeous!!!
Cali is so so beautiful. I loved seeing her in live action the other day. Too bad the connection went out but it was nice for the few minutes we chatted.
Tommy is seriously hilarious. I think we all know where all the nipple talk comes from. I wish he and Sage could play together. Her Amelia Bedilia personality and his would be a riot.
I LOVE these!! It's weird, but now that I see Thomas and Cali, I can't imagine you with out both of them. She's beautiful. And Thomas is a rare and beautiful creature in his own right. So glad you document his hilarity.
Cali is so cute...I love her eyes. The pictures of Tommy are so classic...you could not have posed them better if you had tried. Great memories!
What a doll!!! I love the picture of Tommy "protecting" his little sister. I fear the mischief these two will make in another year together. I think Tommy should start wearing a bra to protect his little nipples.
Sara, little nipples happen to be a genetic disorder that is carried in Sherryfam jr males. Although abnormal, we carry those little guys proudly.
Great photos of your King and sweet Princess baby girl. Ben and I read all the quotes from Thomas and laughed so hard. Oh man, he is a hoot!
