Lake Kariba is a huge man made lake bordering Zambia and Zimbabwe. It is home to many crocodiles and hippos so we didn't swim in the lake, but we sure enjoyed the Mediterranean feel of the place, free accommodation and a great swimming pool!
Early morning view from our balcony.
Crazy faces, crazy hair, freckles and facial scruff - they are so similar.

Cali has really taken to Seth recently, it is so sweet.
We took a boat ride on the lake with some friends...it was so beautiful! I really wanted to swim.
Fishing boats make him itchy.

Seth set up a slack line on the lawn...we were, as usual, the circus and had a bit of an audience. The night before a Hippo had come out of the water and munched the grass right behind the slack line..no pictures unfortunately but it was neat to see one out of the water.
I would like to say that I was awesome on the slack line.
But most of the time...I was in this position. Oh and why on earth would you ever take a picture of some one from this angle?

Beautiful....too bad that no swimming was allowed. By the way, nice to know where one of my favorite shirts went. Good to know that Seth is "keeping it safe."
I gotta say, life does not look too bad over there sometimes.
Will you adopt me into your family? You guys are just so cool. I loved the pictures of Seth and Cali- it finally made it real to me that he has his own little baby girl.
And little does Matt know that Seth has had the shirt for YEARS!
