Among the many gifts I was given today for Mother's Day was some times to sort through our pictures from Thailand and Laos...finally :) Here are some that made me particularly happy. Note: these are, of course, not in any semblance of order.

Delicious food at the rooftop restaurant at our Hotel in Pakse. Delicious food and a wonderful, kid-free night with some of our very best friends.

Chasing cows near the lake just outside of Savannakhet.

Picnic lunch with Jade's delicious bread and some baguette.

Flipping in front of the Arc de Triomphe in Vientiane, the captial of Laos.

Walking on a rainy street in Vientiane.

Elephant snot.

The day my ankles grew to twice their normal size in Ayutthaya, world heritage site and radical Wat.

Still in Ayutthaya with a belly I now envy.
