Traveling with T

So, a lot of times i/we think about how much easier it would be here without thomas - so, so much easier. Bus rides/baby proofing (lack of), ghanaians giving parenting advice, working around naps and teething. But the reality is there are a few very important and pivotal reasons why traveling with thomas is so much easier than being without him. 1. people love this baby! he opens so many doors - they all want to meet the obruni baby and that makes us feel so welcomed - and on occasion we get free snails which is sweet! 2. I have had a grand total of three cat calls/marriage proposals since i have been here - a huge improvment from my other experiences abroad - and while i may be a little bit older and squishier - i have a feeling it has more to do with the baby strapped to my back than my physical appearance. (On another note this is also a positive for the ghanaians as i almost decked a few dominicans and mexicans for being inappropriate before - hostile caroline is not good.)
